I'm currently using Free CSS Templates and modifying/refining the layout. This was a real experience in me figuring out Cascading Style Sheets - this actual template was called 'throughout'. I highly recommend anyone that is wanting to learn CSS to start by using a template and figuring out the system from there, although it did help me that I had some previous knowledge of HTML coding (the old school way). Also, my gallery was supplied through 'highslide' - a great visual gallery tool.
